Malcolm Kostuchenko

Mr. Kostuchenko is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Enhanced Healthcare Partners. Previously, Mr. Kostuchenko was a member of MTS Health Partners, LP (“MTS”) where he focused on growth equity investments and lower-middle market buyouts. Prior to MTS, Mr. Kostuchenko was a member of KPS Kapital, LLC, a boutique merchant bank, and prior to KPS, he worked in the investment banking division at Salomon Brothers. Mr. Kostuchenko serves on Enhanced Healthcare Partners' Investment Committee. He serves on the Board of Directors of NextCare Urgent Care, Prospira PainCare, STARUS Medical Group, Triton Technologies, VantagePoint, West Dermatology and WhiteGlove Health. Mr. Kostuchenko received a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University.

Mark Garvin

Mr. Garvin, 53, serves as Chief Operating Officer - West for United Surgical Partners International, Inc. He joined USPI in 2001 through the acquisition of OrthoLink Physicians Corporation where, in 1996, he was a founding member of the senior support team and had served in various senior level operations and development positions, including SVP of Operations & Development and COO. While at USPI, he has participated in senior operational roles including SVP Operations, COO and currently Group President of Operations. From 1991 to 1996, Mr. Garvin was Vice President of Operations at Surgical Care Affiliates/HealthSouth. He began his healthcare career as a Financial Analyst for a small healthcare company in Nashville, TN after completing his BBA in Marketing at the University of Kentucky and his MBA at the University of South Carolina.


David Malm is the Managing Partner of Webster Equity Partners and leads Webster's healthcare investment practice. David Joined Webster Equity Partners in 2007 concurrent with the launch of Webster Fund II. Prior to joining Webster Equity Partners, David spent 15 years at Halpern Denny & Company (led by the co-founder of Bain & Company) where he led healthcare investments in cardiac diagnostic imaging, radiation oncology, hospice, physical therapy, and sleep therapy. He also led investments in the consumer and media sectors including such companies as Barneys New York, Nextwave Telecom, Picturetel, Hollywood Digital and Todd-AO.

David began his private equity career in 1987 at Bain Capital. Prior to Bain Capital, David worked in strategy consulting at Bain & Company and also worked in the M&A investment banking practice at Morgan Stanley & Company. He has a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard University.


Kevin Miller serves as Executive Chairman for Prospira Paincare’s Board of Directors and has been with Prospira since 2014. Prior to joining Prospira, Kevin served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Benevis, a national multi-unit dental practice; Vice President and General Manager at Ariba, Inc. and Principal with The Parthenon Group. He began his career in GE’s Financial Management Program and later worked at GE Capital as part of a global M&A team. Kevin received his MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Joe has over 30 years of experience in leading and operating multi-site healthcare facilities and medical group partnerships. He most recently served as President and CEO of U.S. HealthWorks capping a 21+ year tenure building that organization from its inception to over 250+ locations in 21 states. His career has focused on successful relationships with medical providers supporting a high quality of care, patient satisfaction, and a culture of positive associate engagement. Prior to joining U.S. HealthWorks in 1996, Joe was an executive director with Helian Health Group in Atlanta, GA and managed a multi-specialty clinic network including occupational medicine and Orthopedic practices. Mr. Mallas also has prior experience with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, managing workers’ compensation and disability claim product lines. He graduated with a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the Pennsylvania State University in 1988.

Dr. adam sackstein

Dr. Adam Sackstein is the founder and medical director of The Pain Management Center, a Prospira PainCare Center of Excellence. Dr. Sackstein received his undergraduate degree from City University of New York, Brooklyn College and his medical degree from State University of New York Health Science Center of Brooklyn College of Medicine after completing a seven year combined BA/MD program. Dr. Sackstein’s internal medicine internship was completed at Staten Island University Hospital and his anesthesiology residency and pain medicine training was completed at Yale University-New Haven Hospital. Dr. Sackstein is board certified in pain medicine and anesthesiology and is a diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine. He is also a past President of the New Jersey Society of Interventional Pain Physicians and continues to serve on its Executive Board. Dr. Sackstein is also Chairman of the Board of the Hamilton Surgical Center located in Hamilton, New Jersey and Treasurer of Premier Surgical Center located in Marlton, New Jersey.
